B&T mounting rail NAR for HK MSG 90

As the HK MSG 90 does not have its own NAR/Picatinny rail on the top of the housing, this rail can be mounted on the existing attachment points and then provides a perfect basis for further attachments such as scopes or night sights. Furthermore, a brass catcher can be attached thanks to this mounting rail.
