Shipping
Ordered goods will be sent by “Swiss Post” and only with a valid address within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. In the case of bulk orders, delivery will be made by freight forwarder by arrangement. Customers from abroad cannot currently order from the B&T online shop. Please contact our distributors in your home country.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs in the online shop are a flat rate per order of CHF 12.00 for A Mail and CHF 8.00 for B Mail. With an order value of 100,- CHF or more, the shipping costs are waived. We reserve the right to subsequently charge shipping costs for returns.
Delivery times
For goods in stock, the delivery time by A-mail is 1 working day for orders placed before 12:00 noon, otherwise 2 working days. Delivery times by B Mail are 3-5 working days.
